Lozan Urban Development (LUD)

Lozan Urban Development (LUD) was founded in 1997 as part of an investment group diversifying its activities to serve urban development projects. These activities include shipping, import and export, general contracting, public supplies, aluminum and wood manufacturing, in addition to a company specialized in environmental design. This investment group is chaired by the prominent businessman Mr. Adel Abdel Moneim.

LUD's urban development projects began in the United Arab Emirates, where it executed more than 17 compounds in Abu Dhabi in 2007. In 2011, Lozan entered the Egyptian market and implemented numerous residential, touristic, and administrative projects in the Delta region, such as New Damietta and New Mansoura.

Lozan Urban Development aims to become one of the largest real estate companies in Egypt and the Middle East by constructing modern and advanced urban communities in the best available investment locations, in accordance with Egypt's Vision 2030. It was among the first companies to invest in the Administrative Capital in 2016, where it built a medical administrative project in the Financial and Business District, completed in 2020.

- A series of residential, touristic, and administrative projects in the Delta region, such as New Damietta and New Mansoura.
